When I think of a good Low-end PC game, Far Cry 3 indeed comes to mind. There’s no doubt that almost all the games in the Far Cry franchise were complete masterpieces, but this entry in the franchise hits differently.

The game starts with a cutscene where Jason Brody (protagonist) and his friends/family are vacationing in Bangkok. Later, they land on a fictional island in the Pacific while skydiving. The game seems normal until Jason and all his friends are kidnapped by the pirate guarding the island where they landed.

We’re then introduced to one of the greatest Villains in gaming history named Vaas, who intends to sell Jason and his friends into slavery. Jason then attempts to escape with his older brother Grant, who gets shot by Vaas on their way out.

Jason then has no choice but to run as fast as he can and jumps off a cliff into the water. Later, he wakes up and is rescued by Dennis, a member of the Rakyat tribe. Jason then swears to Hunt down Vaas and save his friends and younger brother. Dennis recognizes Jason’s revenge fire and agrees to help him as well.
