The Kickoff tournament format is as follows:
- Group Stage – Each group present will feature in a double elimination bracket with best-of-3 matches. The winning team of each group will directly go to the Playoff Stage whereas all the second-placed teams of each group will play in an additional Play-in stage.
- Play-in Stage – The 3 second-placed teams will compete in a round-robin match format, with only 1 team moving on to the Playoff stage.
- Playoff Stage – All four teams who have made their way to this round will compete through a single elimination bracket, with the 2 winning finalists earning their spot in the Masters Madrid tournament. The Kickoff winner in particular will receive preferential seeding at Masters Madrid and will also receive 3 championship points that will count toward their VCT Champions 2024 tournament qualification.
